The villa is spacious, clean and located at the heart of Rawai. A lot of good restaurants around. Nai Harn beach and Rawai beach just a few minute drive away.

Great place we stayed 5 of us for 1 week . Very close to shops / bars / restaurants . Lovely location would highly recommend.

The place is very nice. We had great time. There are good food points near. The villa is a great place to chill and spend time near swimming pool. John was very helpful. Thank you for hosting us!

To say this is a beautiful house is not giving John the credit he deserves. In pristine condition, in a beautiful location, very quiet and comfortable, with all the needed amenities. This is a home rather than just a house. Our host John was massively helpful and very kind. Also - don't miss out eating at Zurich Bread House across the main street - yummy yummy!

We got a very impress with John's Place and his hospitaility. We set up a small engagement party in his house with our family and friends. Everyone love it and everything was so perfect.We will come back again when we got little baby for sureLoveAilin&Gems

An absolutely stunning property, beautifully maintained. John was a fantastic host and gave us all the information we had needed. We had to unfortunately leave early due to an emergency but will definitely go back whenever an opportunity arises.

We were 9 guys from Germany, taking a week off from work and families 😉 in March 2020. We have never been to Phuket before, but some of us have been elsewhere in Thailand and/or travel a lot in business. We were looking for a high end, comfortable AirBnB where we could all stay together, barbecue, swim, chill, play pool, hang out at the beaches and go out partying to Patong once or twice. The villa we found and its host were simply perfect. There was really nothing to criticize and any arising question has quickly been answered by the amazing and very friendly host, who was available 24/7. No doubt a five star recommendation, for groups of friends like us as well as for families who are searching for a safe location outside the crazy Patong area.

房间干净，床垫很厚，12个人住的很舒适，出门走几分钟就有便利店，餐厅，带着老人自己在家做了好几顿餐，设施一应俱全。房东人很好，任何问题都可以快速响应，孩子们喜欢那个泳池，每天都会玩很久，如果有机会一定会再去。

とても親切なﾎｽﾄさんで楽しい時間を過ごせました。10人での利用でしたが､建物が広いので伸び伸びとできました。ﾉｰﾌﾟﾗﾝの旅でしたが､ﾛｰｶﾙ情報を詳しく教えていただき､ﾌﾟｰｹｯﾄを満喫できました。またﾌﾟｰｹｯﾄに行く機会があったら､利用したいです。

Great stay Very nice villa and a great host who frequently checked if everything was good.Excellent arrangement with taxi which came to the villa when we wanted, and really nice to have massage on the sunbeds. All in all a great place to spend the holiday.

素晴らしい家でﾎｽﾄの方も素早い対応で応じてくれました！毎日清掃していただき､清潔感溢れる部屋で過ごすことが出来ました！ﾛｹｰｼｮﾝは少しﾊﾟﾄﾝﾋﾞｰﾁから離れていますが､15人という大人数で泊まったにも関わらず大きな車で送迎していただきました！本当にたくさんご迷惑をお掛けしましたが､全て優しく対応して頂けたことに感謝しています。また､ぜひ泊まりに行きたいです！！！！！！

Rawai Mountain Villa John house is amazing! His staff maintains the property daily and keeps it in tip top shape. John is always available for any questions regarding day trips, transportation, or any questions about the house. The house is quietly tucked a block off the main road allowing us to walk for any supplies or restaurants that we may need and at the same time never hearing any traffic. Our group had a perfect vacation

More than we expected John was an amazing host. He allowed us to view the property last year when we were looking for a wedding venue. Found the property online and the pictures didnt do the property any justice. It was simply amazing. John offered to help us through setting up for our special day. The location is amazing for large groups and families who want to avoid the Patong craziness. I couldnt fault the property or Johns hospitality.
