Services Included in your Rental Fee
Airport Transfers both ways to Phuket International Airport or other location on Phuket. We provide one mini bus for both transfers. Where additional vehicles or transfers are needed we will charge at our cost.
Towels for the bathroom and pool as well as bed linen are included. Towels are changed every 2-3 days and bed linen every 3-4 days. We also have a stock of beach towels.
Full daily maid service is provided to both Villas. We have full time housekeeping staff that will attend to both villas during the day. We also have a full time gardener who attends to the garden and pool.
High speed Wi-Fi Internet access is available in both villas. Service is good and usage unlimited.
Satellite TV (UBC) offering several English language news and movie channels are provided in the lounge area. We also have a DVD player and selection of DVD’s and books.
Reasonable use of electricity, water charges, service and taxes are included.
There is an automatic washing machine and dishwasher in both villas together with soap powder etc. We also provide toilet rolls, tissues, and kitchen towels.
Concierge assistance is available at any reasonable time. Where guests have any serious or urgent problems we are happy to assist at any time.
Additional Services available at extra cost
Transport Options
We can arrange for our preferred driver and mini van to made available to guests either on a day, half-day or per trip basis. Charges vary and will depend on distance travelled and the time of day. This is a good option for large groups and ensures that guests receive good convenient and safe service.
In-House Catering
Our in-house catering team is available as an additional service. We can arrange for breakfast, which is normally a full English, continental or mix of both which can be served on the pool terrace. Evening meals are normally Thai food and will consist of your choice of a delicious range of authentic local dishes. If you have children in the group we can also arrange suitable western food for them.
This is a popular option for families, with young children suitably occupied or asleep and the parents able to relax with great food and an amazing ambiance on the poolside terrace.
We also have a large gas BBQ and can prepare a fantastic range of local seafood or meat. We can also provide buffets if you are planning a gathering or party.
Our chef is very accommodating and can provide a good range of foods including vegetarian or vegan food.
Drinks fridge
We provide a fully stocked drinks fridge including water, beer, soft drinks etc. We provide an inventory of the stock at the beginning of your stay and will check the stock when you leave. You only pay for what you have used or you can replenish the stock yourself.
Shopping Service
Probably the last thing want do after you arrive at the villa is to shop for food, so we offer our guests a shopping service. Send us your list of items needed and they will be waiting for you when you arrive. Phuket has a great range of shops and selection of food and wine. Some more exotic item can be a bit expensive but most are at very reasonable priced and local food surprisingly cheap.
